It's showtime!

Throughout the month of December, the LEO Club of Wesley Methodist School carried out a small project that involved the showcasing of our members' unique talents. This project was given the name "Spotlighted" because we aimed to illuminate our fellow members who are blessed to have different capabilities and present them to the crowd. Prior to December, a few of our members volunteered to record videos of their performances. After several edits, these videos were then posted on the club's Instagram page. Two videos were scheduled for every week of December. Performances ranged from instrument performances to videos of dancing and drawing.

All in all, this project allowed our members to stay active even during our school holidays and they were given the chance to display their awesome skills and gifts to the community around us. Last but not least, a huge thank you to the members who were brave and courageous enough to step out of their comfort zone to share their talents with others!

On 27th March 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the LEO Club of Wesley Methodist School proudly hosted the final event of the 2024/2025 term – International Relationship Day , held at the Wesley Hall. This year’s theme, “Hearts Haven,” emphasized the importance of investing time and effort into our relationships despite the busyness and challenges of life. It encouraged reflection on how such connections help us better understand ourselves. Eyeshade Walk & Run

Day well spent! On the 20th of April 2019, 11 members of the LEO Club of Wesley Methodist School participated in the Eyeshade Walk & Run event as volunteers that was held at Jalan P5 @ PICC, Putrajaya from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. This event was organized by the Malaysian Foundation For The Blind (YOBM). The purpose of this event was to raise funds for the National Institute of Assistive Technology (NIAT).      Our members had fun helping out. LEO members reached the venue at 5.30 a.m. and were provided with the event T-shirts to change into. At 7 a.m., all the volunteers were given a short briefing and were sent to their respective checkpoints of the route to facilitate the movement of the run. LeoFest 2025: Illuminight

  On Saturday, the 1st of March 2025, the LEO Club of Wesley Methodist School hosted its first ever LeoFest in its history at Wesley Methodist School Kuala Lumpur (International). The primary objective of the event was to raise funds for Mercy Malaysia’s humanitarian and medical aid initiatives, and also to raise awareness about their missions. Additionally, it aimed to provide participating students and parents with opportunities to engage in a series of unique games, so that they could experience what a carnival feels like. This year’s theme, Illuminight , showcased the idea of bringing light and hope during dark and challenging times. It also emphasises the importance of providing support and aid to those affected by disasters, helping to illuminate their path to recovery.
