There was also a cake cutting ceremony after the singing performance, with the cake in the shape of a Jalur Gemilang. The event came to an end with the marching out of the National and State Flags. All VIPs, teachers and media personnel present were then invited to the John Wesley Room for some refreshments prepared by the LEO members, while the students present proceeded to the canteen for some light refreshments. Some of Malaysia’s well-known delicacies such as nasi lemak and kuih-muih were prepared. In the end, the event was a successful one and managed to instill nation building and community empowerment in the younger generation, in effort of leading the nation forward to the next level of greater heights.
